In order to confirm your booking we ask for a deposit of 40% of the stay.

General Cancellation policy

In order to avoid unpleasant cancellation costs in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance.

• Up to 3 months before arrival cancellation is free of charge.
• Between 3 months and 1 month before the start of the journey, we charge 40 % of the agreed price.
• Between 1 month and 1 week before the start of the trip 70 % of the agreed price
• Within the last week before the start of the journey we charge 100 % of the full price.
• 100 % also apply to late arrival or early departure.
